The present study aims to diagnose how, through the application and analysis of NOM-035-STPS-2018 and NMX-R-025-SCFI-2015, observation, intervention, and evaluation of the work climate can be conducted in organizations, regardless of their type. This is a methodological documentary research work in a comparative format, based on five theoretical concepts that interrelate in the establishment of organizational work environments, and are described in their dynamics. The two Mexican standards, which are national mandates, are related to work climate, and are compared, through the analysis of comparative tables and graphs, with international mandates, such as ISO 26000 on Social Responsibility (2010), the Sustainable Development Goals (2015), and the principles and rights established by the International Labour Organization. The results show, in a relevant and detailed manner, how the standards meet their objectives, first by establishing comparisons among the five theorical instruments, diagnosing with two proposed questionnaires, making interventions in categories, and finally, in their evaluation with Global Responsibility Indicators (GRI) of possible topics for the design and execution of projects, activities, or tasks established in national and international regulations and standards. Based on problem-solving that enables systemic improvement of the work environment in a standardized and measurable way with international shared comprehensiveness, ethically and humanistically. In addition, standardized alternatives for intervention and evaluation are generated for the three types of intervention scenarios: Interpersonal Relationships, Company Rules, and Infrastructure, that interact jointly, to determine the type of positive or negative climate established as the workplace environment in an organization.
